I placed on order (#3001) on December 1st. Could I please have an update? I'm really hoping to receive it before Christmas as it's a gift for a family member.

c4ever Hiya!! I recently ordered a Commodore 64 Ultimate and I just got it in yesterday. I tried it out and it works great!! I was able to configure it to call BBSs, so I tried to call yours. However, I got a “no carrier” message. When will you be able to get it back up?

Hi, I ordered several items on January 26 2026, order # 3057. I understand you’re having issues with suppliers, and I don’t mind waiting, however it would be greatly appreciated if we could get an update. If you’re expecting to fulfill the orders in the next month or so, that’s fine, but if it’s not happening at all, can I please get a refund. Just please let us know the status. Thanks! Gary G.

DrFysh as of right now I do not know when I will be getting orders for RetroLinks and the wifi modems out. I ordered parts from a supplier, out of country, for edge connectors and esp8266 modules. I paid for them about a month ago and they have not shipped! I would simply order from somewhere else BUT my money is tied up in this order and this time of year I have no extra. So I am stuck as to how to resolve this. I can refund all orders BUT that will take some time too as the same refund money is tied up in the parts. I have been in contact with them and they assure me they will deliver but it has me in a horrible bind. So my question to everyone that has an order pending is - Wait for item or wait for refund, which do you prefer?

ytsejam1138 your order is for the retrolink and vertiport...both use the edge connectors I have on order see reply:

ytsejam1138 I will respond to any message you leave me here, I promise. I am getting alerts to my phone from here. BUT I am soooooooo busy behind the scenes don't expect me to post updates. I am sorry but I simply won't remember to do it or time just slips by me. I have said this before a week for you guys is 5 mins to me LOL but I will do my best to answer you as quickly as I can. I am more frustrated than you at this situation I assure you.

Hi John, Happy New Year and glad you are alive and well. I had sent you my RetroLink back in August 2025, and I think timing was really bad or something. Sorry guys! for some reason I stopped getting notifications from the forum. I am still here I have not disappeared and I am not stealing anyone's money. I am trying to sort out all the issues with parts. The issue is simply MONEY! I paid for a huge order of supplies and they are not delivered. I have not been able to get my money back for this order and it has made it difficult to order more parts. I am delivering some orders as I can but happy customers never post. If you have a pending order and want to cancel please contact me! I will cancel immediately! I am not going anywhere but you guys literally don't understand the volume I deal with. Since commodore has hit mainstream it is more than I can handle. I believe it has come to the point that I may need to shut down sales.
